So you know you are tired, when you come home from church and pretty much sleep from 4PM to 9:30PM. You wake up and feel like something is definitely wrong with you. I got back into town late Friday night/early Saturday morning and probably worked more this past week than ever. It was HOT in Houston! And the pollen is JUST as bad out there as it is here. I also think that every single person in Houston either owns a leaf blower or a dog. Or maybe a combination of the two. If they didn't have a leash in their hand, they had a leaf blower or a weed eater. It was a good trip and I finally found a friend out there. You get tired of going to dinner by yourself, if I'm eating good food, I like to talk about it with other people, and if you are sitting at a table alone, you tend to look weird if you talk. I get random smiles from people at other tables. I wonder if they think, "that poor guy, he has nobody to eat dinner with." :) A friend I went to college with lives there now with her husband so she is going to be my new Houston friend. I also met one of her friends who used to give flying lessons. I flirted with the idea of getting my license, and I think I might really start thinking again about it.
