If you give blood, don't try and run a few hours later. If you like running, you are weird and I shouldn't be your friend. I just don't understand how people can enjoy doing it? The only time I want to run is if someone is chasing me.
I am heading out to shoot in a competition tomorrow in Swansea, wish me something positive!

Did you do that, you dork? I thought you learned your lesson when we all got sick that night at Scarowinds for doing pretty much the same thing!!
